These terms and conditions govern the Lyrebird Health Document Sorter Challenge (the Offer). By participating, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility
This Offer is available to existing Lyrebird Health account holders who have received this communication directly from Lyrebird Health. It is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless otherwise stated.

How the offer works
To participate, sort a minimum of 100 qualifying documents using the Lyrebird Document Sorter feature between 00:00 AEST 12 August 2026 and 23:59 AEST 21 August 2026. A qualifying sorted document is defined as a document successfully uploaded, processed, and filed through the Lyrebird Document Sorter. Qualifying documents must be genuine clinical documents processed in the ordinary course of the clinic's operations.
Lyrebird Health reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have artificially inflated document counts or otherwise attempted to manipulate the Offer.
Upon verification that the qualifying threshold has been met, Lyrebird Health will issue one (1) $100 DoorDash voucher per eligible clinic. Only one voucher is available per clinic regardless of the number of users at that clinic. The fastest clinic to reach 100 qualifying sorted documents will receive an additional team lunch prize delivered to the practice, details of which will be communicated directly by Lyrebird Health.

Reward details
The $100 DoorDash voucher has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. The voucher will be issued within five (5) business days of Lyrebird Health verifying the qualifying threshold has been met. The voucher will be issued to the primary account administrator or practice manager on record for the clinic, as determined by Lyrebird Health. Lyrebird Health reserves the right to verify document sorting activity before issuing any reward.
This Offer is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with DoorDash. DoorDash vouchers are subject to DoorDash's own terms and conditions.

Offer period
The Offer opens at 00:00 AEST on 12 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 AEST on 21 August 2026. Documents sorted outside this period are not eligible. Lyrebird Health reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other non-excludable statutory rights.

Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with Lyrebird Health's Privacy Policy, available at lyrebirdhealth.com/au/legal/privacy-policy. Lyrebird Health complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
