This web application is run by Lyrebird Health. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. For example, you should be able to:
• change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings
• zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
• navigate most of the application using a keyboard or speech recognition software
• listen to most of the application using a screen reader
We’ve also made the text as simple as possible to understand.
If you have a disability, AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use.
How accessible this website is
We know some parts of this application are not fully accessible:
• Some colour combinations do not meet minimum contrast requirements
• A small number of elements may be missing appropriate ARIA labels
• Not all interactive components are easily navigable by keyboard
• Some screens do not currently support full screen reader accessibility

Technical information about this website’s accessibility
Lyrebird Health is committed to making its web application accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
Compliance status:
This application is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
• Some colour contrast issues fail WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.3 (contrast minimum).
• Some interface elements are missing ARIA labels (WCAG 2.2 success criterion 4.1.2).
• Certain controls are not yet fully keyboard accessible (WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.1.1).
We are actively working on resolving these issues as part of our broader accessibility roadmap.
Disproportionate burden
At present, we are not claiming any exceptions due to disproportionate burden.
Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
• We do not plan to add captions to live video streams as these are exempt under the accessibility regulations.
• PDFs published before 23 September 2018 (if any) may not be fully accessible, but none are essential for using our service.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We are actively working through an accessibility improvement plan which includes:
• Ongoing audits using automated and manual accessibility testing tools
• Design system updates to ensure colour and keyboard standards
• Internal developer training and accessibility checklists
• A formal audit scheduled within the next development cycle
