Lyrebird supports both phone and video Telehealth consults.
- Phone consults: Use speaker mode and keep the phone close to your computer microphone.
- Video consults: An external microphone (e.g. USB conferencing mic or webcam) is recommended for better patient voice capture.
For computer-based Telehealth consults, Lyrebird can isolate audio directly from your video conferencing platform. This allows Lyrebird to hear both you and the patient clearly - even when you are using a headset. Click here to learn more about this feature.
Lyrebird supports Initial and Review consults, allowing you to capture comprehensive histories or focused follow-ups. Consults can be paused and resumed as needed.
